This 3-year full time course combines the science of Psychology with the art of Human Capital Management. You will be honed in the qualities we admire in a Human Capital Management Executive: curiosity for inquiry, keenness in observation, depth and sharpness in analysis balanced with human sensitivity.
Students are given the opportunity to:
- debate the core principles that underpin Psychology and Human Capital Management
- conduct, analyse and interpret psychological research
- simulate role-plays and solve corporate HR issues through case studies in problem-based learning situations
- develop new products, organisational structures and processes through the creative application of Psychological and Human Capital Management theories
- engage in HR project management practicum through an intensive industrial attachment
As a result of the collaboration from two schools, students in this unique programme can benefit from the advantage of being able to take Human Capital Management (HCM) Electives that are otherwise offered only to students enrolled in the Diploma in Business. Such subjects include:
